Description:
This PhD project will pursue several objectives :
1) Identification and optimisation (sensitivity, reliability, channel reduction, speed of measurement) of novel biomarkers in electroencephalography (EEG)
of lateralisation and language performance, evaluated on groups of patents (epileptic patients refractory to medication, developmental dyslexia)
2) Evaluation of prognosis value of EEG biomarkers of language lateralisation on cognitive outcome on an individual basis
3) Development of a new model of cognitive outcome by machine learning on a large database of neuroscientific data
4) Development of an integrated portable system of stimulation, EEG recording and analysis in the frequency domain (Neuronaute) to evaluate
lateralization and language ability rapidly and non-invasively
