SUMMARY:Séminaire de Gloria L. Osorio-Gordillo (CENIDET\, Mexique)
DESCRIPTION:- Titre : Estimation of Attacks via Generalized Dynamic Observe
r\n\n- Résumé :  With the evolution of Industry 4.0 in various industri
al and social fields\, a series of systems integrating cyber and physical
components\, known as cyber-physical systems (CPS)\, have emerged. These s
ystems have significantly expanded possibilities by incorporating knowledg
e from computer engineering\, communications\, and automatic control. Thes
e systems present various vulnerabilities that attackers can exploit to af
fect or degrade the functioning of CPS. Therefore\, CPS are exposed to sec
urity risks\, as the connectivity that they use and their dependence on di
gital technology can be exploited by different attackers to cause damage\,
manipulate their operation\, or steal information.\nThe observer theory p
rovides the foundation for the detection\, estimation\, and mitigation of
attacks\, thereby enabling the development of techniques that enhance the
security and integrity of the systems. By allowing a precise estimation of
the attack behavior and integrating with control systems\, generalized dy
namic observators offer an additional layer of protection\, improving resi
lience and recovery capacity against potential attacker intrusions. The ap
proach presented in this talk is based on a generalized dynamic observers
(GDO)\, which not only aimes at providing an estimation and detection tool
but also at expanding the application of automatic control theory to cybe
 r-physical systems under attack.\n\n- Biographie : Gloria L. Osorio-Gordil
lo was born in Oaxaca de Juárez\, Oax.\, Mexico in May 1987. She received
a Double Ph.D Degree in Automatic Control from both the University of Lor
raine\, France and the Tecnológico Nacional de México / Centro Nacional
de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico\, CENIDET\, Mexico in 2015. Sh
e received her M.Sc. degree in electronic engineering in 2011 from the CEN
 IDET\, Cuernavaca\, Morelos\, Mexico. She has been with CENIDET\, Mexico\,
as professor since 2015. Her research interests are in observers design f
or descriptor and singular systems\, for Takagi-Sugeno systems\, LPV syste
ms\, fault diagnosis and fault tolerant control.\n\n - Lien Teams : clique
