 ances in the treatment of IDH-mutant gliomas have markedly increase surviv
 al\, leading to an increasing number of women of reproductive age facing p
 regnancy However\, the impact of pregnancy on tumor progression and malign
 ant transformation remains poorly defined. Potential mechanisms include th
 e influence of pregnancy-related hormones\, growth factors\, hemodynamic c
 hanges\, and even fetal cell infiltration into the tumor microenvironment.
  Given the clinical importance of counseling women with glioma regarding p
 regnancy we propose to conduct a comprehensive\, multi-institutional study
  integrating clinical outcomes\, imaging\, and molecular profiling.
